The ship, originally called "Sevillana", was built in 1898 by the shipyard "Thornycroft & Co" in Chiswick (GB). In its 121-year history it has experienced a lot; there were several owners, and in 1962 it even sank in the port of Geneva.
The "Association pour la Sauvegarde de la Peccadille" has commissioned Shiptec to renovate the hull of this classic ship. Any further work will be discussed with the association and will of course be carried out with great pleasure.
We are very proud to be able to work on this unique, historic ship and to make it go again with our know-how.
Further information on the ship can be found on the website of the "Association pour la Sauvegarde de la Peccadille".
