Our modern shipyard infrastructure

• The Shiptec shipyard is one of the largest shipyards in Switzerland.
• All ships operated on Lake Lucerne can be launched from the Shiptec premises.
• A shipbuilding hall (length 70m/ width 14 m) is available in Lucerne.
• A floating dock with a weight limit of up to 400t allows for short-term work to be carried out on all kinds of ships.
• We offer practical solutions for both new builds and renovations, repairs and service.
• Ships from other bodies of water can of course also be newly constructed or renovated in our shipyard. We’re happy to check whether transport is possible.

Thanks to our mobile workshops, Shiptec is able to carry out all work direct at the customer’s premises.

Shiptec employees can be found on inland waterways throughout Europe, whether it’s for short-term service calls or comprehensive renovations or conversions. Increasingly (whenever technical data from the ship is available), Shiptec provides support via remote maintenance and therefore helps to reduce downtimes.
