Shiptec on-call service
We provide quick and straightforward help in the event of unexpected incidents. Our technicians are always available in the event of a fault. Our aim is to have as few malfunctions as possible.
Our service organisation provides quick and straightforward help in the event of unforeseeable incidents. After a fault has been reported and an initial assessment has been made, the right specialists for the incident are called out to solve the problem direct on site.
The Shiptec on-call agreement guarantees the necessary availability of our specialists. The agreement is tailored to suit your needs and can cover individual critical days through to 24/7 availability. You will have a knowledgeable point of contact with the necessary means and resources behind the scenes.
Regular technical maintenance
We handle the regular technical check-ups and maintenance tasks. The intervals are tailored to the project requirements and are coordinated with the maintenance plans of the various system manufacturers.

Shiptec is a certified trade and service partner of Schottel rudder propellers, Aventics drive lever controls, Böning ship automation, Volvo Penta marine engines, Wärtsilä drive motors and Deckma fire alarms.
Our employees have received special training in dealing with these systems and are certified by the manufacturers. We are also able to carry out exhaust maintenance and particle measurements on your diesel engines, regardless of the product and brand.
