As part of this extensive repowering project, we are installing two new main engines and two new gensets that comply with the current Stage V emission standards and can be operated with HVO – an important step towards sustainable shipping.

In addition, a new steering position will be installed, the bow and stern steering systems will be comprehensively overhauled, and various minor works such as a new heating system will round off the estimated order – all from a single source, Shiptec AG!

The work will continue until spring 2026, so that the ship can set sail again in time for the new 2026 season.
